While every precaution has been taken to ensure accuracy, It is possible that errors and omissions may have occurred. Isla Republic reserves the right to change our products, pricing & availability at any time without notice.

Product Warranty
All items sold or supplied by Isla Republic are subject to their own individual manufacturers warranty.
Isla Republic Shall Not, Under Any circumstances be liable for the following:
- Special, Incidental or Consequential damages including, but not limited to -
- Damage or loss of other property or equipment
- Loss of profits, Income or revenue
- Costs of purchased or replacement goods
- Claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and/or result from the sale, installation or use of these items
Isla Republic warrants that all of its items supplied carry the normal manufacturers warranty period which begins from the date of your purchase.
The limited warranty is not transferrable & shall only cover the original purchaser.
Warranty Exclusions
- Any product that has been physically altered, Improperly installed or not maintained to specifications required, whether by the customer or other parties - Known or unknown.
- Any product used in an improper application, abused or not used in connection with the intended purpose
- Any product that is defective due to neglect or unauthorised repair
- Normal Wear and Tear
- Shipping
- Down Time
- Failure to ensure all items supplied/installed are suitable for purpose
- Failure Due to Improper Installation, Assembly or Maintenance
Returns Policy
Isla Republic does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Any product issues MUST be notified to us in writing within 30 days of receiving your item. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund/exchange.
All returns & cancellations are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee which will be charged to the purchaser, Not including any freight costs.
Prior to issuing you a refund, Isla Republic will always try to remedy the situation first by:
- Discuss any unexpected set-back on your order that may occur & provide you with the expected delivery date
- We will source an alternative product that will meet your expectations within a reasonable time frame
- We will refund you minus our re-stocking fee
NOTE - Given the nature of the industry, Many of our products are in high demand & often made to order/ Imported to order whether locally or internationally. We try to provide a real-time expected level of stock on our stocked items at the time of enquiry.
Unfortunately, Set backs can occur & Isla Republic will always work to find a solution to this.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Reasonable Time Frame On Stocked Items
Orders for products that are readily available, Stocked items within Australia, Either at Isla Republic head office or our suppliers - We will make every effort to ensure your product leaves as soon as it has been cleared from despatch.
Once ready, Isla Republic will provide you with tracking details of your order once obtained by the driver.
Allow MINIMUM 48 hours for our despatch team to complete fulfilment.
From there, Allow approx. 3 business days to receive tracking details once the order fulfilment has been completed.
Isla Republic DO NOT quote lead times on or during transit. You would need to monitor your tracking OR contact the 3rd party courier service to discuss lead times on arrival.
Heavy Item Shipping
Isla Republic sources & supplies a vast range of heavy items such as Bedding, Bedroom Furniture, Cabinetry etc.
All items above 15kg are considered heavy items & are required to be sent on a Pallet/Skid. This is managed by a third party freight forwarder.
Please allow 5-7 business days for this to be processed due to the nature of the item being transported.
Reasonable Time Frame On International/Overseas Stocked Items
Orders for products that are available with our overseas suppliers will need to be ordered & deposit paid for prior to Isla Republic placing your order.
Assuming the order does not require any custom modification or specific purpose from an original on the shelf product, Isla Republic will arrange freight through the Freight Company who provide us with tracking details once item has been arranged to leave.
With orders coming from overseas, Lead times may vary as we are subject to customs from both the overseas location as well as in Australia.
Shipping
Due to the impact of COVID on our shipping partners, delivery times may be longer than normal. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Orders on stocked items placed by 10am on a business day (not inclusive of holidays & public holidays) will be shipped the same day, and orders after 10am shipped the next business day when purchased via our expedited service.
Standard shipping processing times are 1-3 business days prior to despatch.
Please contact us prior to purchase to confirm lead times.
Isla Republic is offering free freight to all our metropolitan customers and free freight delivery to our regional customers to their metro transport depot of choice! (On forwarding from the depot to your regional location is at your own expense). In this event we will always try to ensure that we seek the most cost-effective solution for our customers. Alternatively customers are welcome to collect / arrange their own freight through a courier of their choice.
Free Shipping Exclusions:
The following are excluded from Free Shipping upon purchase through Isla Republic:
- Locations Outside of "Courier Specified Metro"
- Heavy Shipping Items (Items above 15kg) & Or Items Required to be delivered with Tail Lift Delivery Service
- Fragile Items such as Glass & or Mirrors
